To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a proposal by Portland Foreside Development Company for Phase 1 of 58 Fore Street, which includes 442,500 square feet of mixed-use development, the subdivision of the site into 9 development parcels, and various infrastructure, utility, and access improvements. The subject property is a 10-acre parcel zoned B-6 and EWPZ, a portion of which lies within the Shoreland Zone. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov. Please refer to the document, Guide to Public Participation in the Planning Board Process, for revised procedures for public comment which can be found at http://www.portlandmaine.gov/551/Development-Review.

TO RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS: The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning map amendment by Wescott & Payson II, LLC to rezone a 3.4 acre tract of land from an R-3 Residential Zone to an R-5 Residential Zone along an undeveloped portion of Harvard Street. The rezoning area includes lots 32 through 58 shown as part of the original subdivision plan for University Park and consists of 38 contiguous lots with approximately 1,450 ft. of frontage on Harvard Street. The map amendment is subject to review and recommendation from the Planning Board to the City Council. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov. The subject property is a 33.5 acre medical campus zoned I-L, C26 and I-H.. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting.
