New Development Review Project Notices

121 Cassidy Point Drive - New Development Review Project

To residents and property owners: Project Management, Inc and 534 Danforth LLC have submitted a Level 2 site plan application for the construction of a 4 story building at 121 Cassidy Point Drive. The proposal is to demolish an existing building and add a structure with a 5,224 sf footprint and a total square footage of 17,500 sf. The proposed use is industrial for small "maker spaces." The site is in the WPDZ zone and is subject to review under the conditional use standards of the zone for industrial uses and Portland's site plan standards.  In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level II Site Plan application must be sent to property owners located within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). This application will be reviewed administratively by City Staff. This is the only notice you will receive.  A project and plan summary is available for viewing on the Citizen Self Service Portal (https://egweb.portlandmaine.gov/energovprod/selfservice), by referencing Plan Number PL-000439-2018. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
