[ARCHIVED] 250 Canco Road - Neighborhood Meeting Notice

To Properties Owners and Interested Parties:

RE:  250 Canco Road

The City of Portland has submitted an application to rezone approximately 78,000 square feet of land from the C-50 contract zone (with an underlying zone of I-L low impact industrial) to I-M moderate impact industrial zone at 250 Canco Road.  The City-owned property serves as the municipal facility for the Departments of Public Works and Parks, Recreation, and Facilities. The City acquired an adjoining parcel, which was in the conditional zone, and seeks to have the entire city property within the one industrial zoning designation of IM.  The proposal is subject to review and a recommendation by the Planning Board.

Please join us for a neighborhood meeting to discuss the rezoning.  The neighborhood meeting will be held:

Meeting Location:  250 Canco Road, Training Room (enter through the front door and go to the left)

Meeting Date:  Wednesday, November 14, 2018
