Councilor Cook and City Staff Host Ludlow Pond Public Meeting - September 25 at 7:00 PM

You're Invited

The public is invited to join Councilor Kim Cook and City staff for a community discussion about Ludlow Pond. During this meeting you will hear about the history of the pond, current management practices, and changes made since the last public meeting, which was held in June 2017. The City currently maintains the pond to serve as a skating pond, wildlife habitat, and as a storm water resource. Community members have expressed interest in the future management of the pond, so this meeting is a way to learn more about the pond and discuss its current and future management.

“Several community members contacted me over the summer to inquire about management plans for Ludlow Pond,” said Councilor Kim Cook, who represents District 5. “In response, I have worked with City staff to arrange this meeting so City staff can report back on their efforts since the June 2017 meeting, answer questions, and hear the community’s feedback.”

Public comment and questions welcomed!
