COVID Rapid Response Loan/Grant

The Rapid Response Loan/Grant Program is designed to provide financial assistance to Portland businesses that have been impacted by the pandemic.            


ELIGIBILITY:          

  • Business in operation before March 15, 2020, employing 2-15 people            

PROGRAM ELEMENTS:          

  • -Up to $10,000 loan;            
  • -0% interest and 2-year repayment term;            
  • -Loan payments begin 6 months after loan closing;            
  • -$5,000 forgivable as grant if 50% of pre-pandemic jobs retained or rehired;            
  • -Nonprofits are also eligible to apply.
