Employee Wellness Program

Effective 7/1/17, employees will contribute 15% towards the overall single plan premium.  They may voluntarily participate in activities to reduce or eliminate this contribution,  Activities include:  biometric screening, health risk assessment, meet with a health coach (peer fitness trainer if firefighter), physical activity challenge and tobacco attestation or smoking cessation workshop.  Each activity has a 3% incentive.
